"I had a JVC EHG tape that a larger company told me they couldn’t convert because of a foreign substance that they didn’t want to risk damage to their machine. Not only did Steve convert the whole tape (minus the first 3 minutes which were too damaged from water/mold/outside exposure), he did it incredibly quickly!
